There was a new opening stadium with a subsidiary natatorium at Yeongju-si (영주시), South Korea. The Natatorium was designed with skylight windows to provide excellent indoor ventilation.
Before installing glasses onto windows, the engineers pre-mount electric linear actuators on the window frame as automatic window openers.
To make sure the window will open stable by even force on both sides. So the engineers installed 2 pcs of KST-A0112 linear actuators on both sides of each window sash. The stroke length of each linear actuator is 300mm. And the opening angle of each window sash is about 60 degrees.
The wires were pre-arranged to every skylight. Corrugated pipes have protected all the cables.
Louver Hitec engineers fixed the linear actuators by using "U" shape stainless steel brackets. To ensure that all the linear actuators were set very tightly on the window frames. Bring is full loading force of 80 kgs, and stand the wind in the high place.
After installing the electric window openers, the engineers tested all of the electric actuators to synchronize the motions of all skylight windows before installing window glasses.
Louver Hitec, who was in charge of this case, added a built-in remote control function actuator controller for the Natatorium. Using a remote controller, the administrators could operate the windows much more quickly.
