Many multinational corporations' offices are located in the Gangnam area, Seoul. Most business buildings in the Gangnam area adapt curtain wall systems. People who are working for long working hours still could experience the sunrise and sunset outside.

This case was at an architect's office in Samseong-dong, Seoul. The building was with large curtain wall and installed few awning windows.
Although the windows are located at an easy opening height, people have rushed to close them when it's raining. Louver Hitec chooses KST-C01-R single-chain electric window opener with built-in remote control for the owner. The product was with multiple remote control channels. Every window had a unique channel, and every remote controller could control 6 channels.
The design of the KST-C01-R built-in remote control chain type window actuator is very compact. The machine was being installed on the bottom of the window frame. Either open or close mode will not block the view from inside. The window actuator is with a well-anodized aluminum alloy case.
The electric window opener does not have to connect with another actuator controller. It only has to connect directly to the AC power supply, which is very easy to install. The engineer of Louver Hitec hides the electric wire in the window frame. It is making the whole system more compact.
The chain was made of nickel-plated carbon steel. The hardness is pretty high, and it's also anti-rust. It only has to apply oil every half year for maintenance to keep the mechanism working smoothly.
Open the windows to breathe the fresh air after the rain.
